The sintering behavior of 3Y-TZP (ZrO2-3 mol%Y2O3) with and without a small amount of 1 wt % of SiO2, GeO2 additives using the dilatometric data obtained from the non-isothermal shrinkage measurements and analytical constant rate of heating (CRH) method was investigated. It was found the different influence of additives on the diffusion mechanisms in 3Y-TZP. Predominant sintering mechanism was changed by addition 1 wt% SiO2 from volume diffusion mechanism to the grain boundary diffusion mechanism that accompanied by activation energy increasing. 摘要

研究了少量SiO2、GeO2添加剂对四方氧化锆纳米粉(3Y-TZP)初始烧结阶段动力学的影响。结果表明,添加剂对氧化锆纳米粉体初始烧结阶段的相组成、晶粒大小、团聚度及烧结机理有显著影响。采用非等温收缩实验和恒热分析(CRH)方法,研究了3Y-TZP (ZrO2-3 mol%Y2O3)在添加和不添加少量1 wt % SiO2、GeO2添加剂的情况下的烧结性能。发现了添加剂对3Y-TZP中扩散机制的不同影响。添加1 wt% SiO2后,主要烧结机制由体积扩散机制转变为晶界扩散机制,并伴有活化能升高。当添加GeO2时,由于活化能降低,烧结过程明显加快。
