摘要

专利转化项目是指将技术创新转化为新产品。这能最大限度地将专利转化为新产品吗?这是一个效率问题。本文运用生产函数理论结合超对数随机前沿法对我国高新技术产业专利转化项目效率进行了评价。研究了超对数随机前沿模型的参数估计,并对专利转化的效率值进行了评价。本文的结论和建议可为中国高技术产业的专利转化项目提供参考。
