In improving teacher discipline, a brave and visionary principal is needed. This study describes the principal's strategy in improving teacher discipline. The location of this research was carried out at SDN 2 Badur, Cirenten Lebak District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Activities in data analysis are: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions/verification. 摘要

教师纪律是教育机构成功的关键。在提高教师纪律方面,需要一位勇敢而有远见的校长。本研究描述校长改善教师纪律的策略。这项研究的地点是在Cirenten Lebak区的Badur SDN 2。在本研究中使用的方法是描述性定性与案例研究法。本研究采用观察法、深度访谈法和文献法收集数据。数据分析的活动包括:数据还原、数据显示和得出结论/验证。研究结果表明,提高教师纪律有6种主要策略,即:激励策略、以身作则策略、制定规则策略、监督策略、警告或惩罚策略和奖励策略。
