EN 300 421 V1.1.2 and DVB-S2 ETSI EN 302 307 V1.2.1. The aim of the work is a theoretical analysis of the modulation techniques of DVB-S2. Theoretical knowledge of modulator and modulation of DVB-S2 standard is demonstrated which serves for a theoretical understanding of the modulator function in the DVB-S2 standard and at the same time for a comparison of ideal constellations obtained by simulations with real measurement results.
