Under the current conditions, a teacher should be ready for any changes, be able to adapt quickly and effectively to new conditions, show a desire to be a professional, constantly update their knowledge and skills, strive for self-development, show tolerance to uncertainty, be ready for risk, i.e. be professionally competent. 摘要

本文考察了教师专业能力的特征,揭示了确定教师专业能力本质和结构的途径,识别了创新教育环境的特征,识别了影响教师专业能力发展的因素。由于当前教育体系的特点是重大的创新变革,专业能力起着特殊的作用。在目前的条件下,教师应该准备好应对任何变化,能够快速有效地适应新的条件,表现出成为专业人士的愿望,不断更新自己的知识和技能,努力自我发展,对不确定性表现出容忍,准备好承担风险,即专业胜任。因此,教师专业能力的培养成为教育改革的重要条件之一。
