The population in this study amounted to 53 students with a sample of 12 students. The sampling method used proportional random sampling. The results show that the level of students’ academic procrastination before and after the application of self-management techniques showed a significant change in the experimental group, and there is no significant change in the control group. The results of the Wilcoxon signed ranks test show that the Z value is -2.201 and the Asymp Sig value is 0.028, with an error rate of 5% or 0.05. Thus the value of Asymp Sig 0.028 < 0.05. 摘要
