Online Training Design to Improve Basic Teaching Skills Using Flipped Classroom

This research aims to produce a design online learning Improvement of Basic Instructional Engineering Skills (PEKERTI) at the University Malang State. This research is a type of development research. There are at least 50 is trained by PEKERTI and 50 other lecturers are trained by the AA. This number is spelled out a little compared to the number of lecturers at the State University of Malang. In the current era of information and communication technology, the use of online training is considered quite effective because all databases have been recorded in the system, making it easier to carry out training. Lecturers must have pedagogical skills. Therefore, PEKERTI training is considered quite important as a basis for learners in implementing learning. Flipped online classroom is very effective in implementing lecturer training because it sees the main duties of the lecturer’s functions which must carry out learning, research, and community service.
