摘要

随着电力行业改革的深入,低碳经济和“绿色GDP”发展模式的提出,为电力系统深化发电调度改革奠定了良好的基础。在传统发电调度的基础上,从国民经济、资源消耗、环境保护等不同角度分析了节能发电调度的可能性和必要性。本文提出了一个既考虑运行成本又考虑社会成本的节能发电调度模型,并利用非线性互补函数对该模型进行求解。将该模型应用于一个有5个火电厂的区域,得到最优的发电调度计划。最后,对节能发电调度的效益补偿机制进行了探讨,提出了电网公司实施节能发电调度的途径。
