A model of e-Learning value creation based on triple-factor
An understanding of factors that influence the success of students in e-Learning process should be considered in order to improve learning outcomes. To achieve this improvement, this study proposed learning style, motivation, and knowledge ability (triple-factor) to add value creation model of an e-Learning system. In order to accommodate the model, this study has explored the triple-factor in e-learning process using online learning at Learning Management System (LMS) Binus Online Learning. The results of the study showed that there was a tendency that e-Learning values (good (Y2) and very good (Y3)) were influenced by learning styles (X2 (30.23%) and X3 (46.51%)), motivation (X5 (27.91%) and X6 (48.84%)), knowledge ability factor (X9 (44.19%) and X10 (30.23%)). Meanwhile the e-learning value of less than satisfactory (Y1) influenced by Learning Styles (X1 (23.26%)), motivation (X4 (23.26%)), knowledge ability factor (X7 (20.93%) and X8 (4.65%)). Thus, this study has proven that the existence of triple-factor that reflect the relationship between e-learning value, and those factors (learning styles, motivation, and knowledge ability). The findings of this study contribute to a better understanding of the existence of these factors to support a model of value creation in e-Learning process.
