For this purpose, pure culture of the microalga was fed with arsenic solution and removal rate was monitored. Moreover, impact of pH, temperature and initial biomass was studied. In the second phase, a consortium of S. obliquus- Shewanella was prepared and used to investigate the effect of bacterium presence in terms of removal enhancement. The results showed that pH 7.0, temperature of 29 oC and initial biomass of 0.8 g/L caused the highest rate of arsenic removal. 摘要
本研究探讨了单细胞微藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)单独培养或与希瓦氏菌(Shewanella sp)联合培养对水中砷的去除效果。为此,用砷溶液饲喂纯培养的微藻,并监测其去除率。此外,还研究了pH、温度和初始生物量的影响。在第二阶段,制备了斜S. S. obliquus- Shewanella联合体,并用于研究细菌存在对去除效果的增强作用。结果表明:pH 7.0、温度29℃、初始生物量0.8 g/L对砷的去除率最高;斜曲葡萄球菌纯培养与斜曲葡萄球菌-希瓦氏菌联合培养的结果表明,斜曲葡萄球菌-希瓦氏菌联合培养显著提高了去除效果。
