IDENTIFIKASI IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI DI PUSKESMAS MORAMO KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN TAHUN 2022

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Implementasi Sistem Informasi Puskesmas sebagai sarana penyedia informasi dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan Puskesmas. Namun, pada penyelenggaraan sistem informasi di Puskesmas Moramo ditemukan masalah, seperti perangkat komputer yang tidak memadai berdasarkan data sarana di Puskesmas Moramo hanya tersedia satu komputer bagi petugas dan berdasarkan data prasarana tidak tersedia ruangan khusus sistem informasi serta petugas tidak memiliki pendidikan dibidang sistem informasi berdasarkan Profil Puskesmas Moramo tahun 2022 dari 69 orang tenaga kesehatan PNS dan non PNS tidak terdapat tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan dibidang sistem informasi. Tujuan: Mengetahui bagaimana implementasi sistem informasi di Puskesmas Moramo Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Tahun 2022. Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan indepth interview (wawancara mendalam). Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekuatan yaitu menggunakan sistem online/elektronik, melakukan pengarsipan dokumen, laporan yang lengkap dan rutin secara berkala melakukan pelaporan ke Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Kelemahan yaitu perangkat komputer yang tidak memadai, tidak ada ruangan khusus bagi petugas sistem informasi, petugas tidak latarbelakang pendidikan pada bidang sistem informasi dan keterlambatan penanggung jawab program dalam membuat laporan. Peluang yaitu mendapatkan bantuan akses internet berupa jaringan WiFi dari Kominfo dan setiap bulannya mendapatkan format pelaporan data dari Dinas Kesehatan. Ancaman yaitu mendapatkan sanksi teguran dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan jika terlambat dalam melaporkan data puskesmas, pengamanan sistem informasi belum cukup untuk menjaga keamanan data dan informasi puskesmas serta tidak adanya pelatihan khusus bagi petugas sistem informasi. Kesimpulan: Implementasi sistem informasi di Puskesmas Moramo belum terlaksana dengan baik. Sehingga diharapkan Puskesmas Moramo dapat mengupayakan penyediaan perangkat komputer dan ruangan bagi petugas, mengikuti pelatihan sistem informasi, penanggungjawab program tepat waktu dalam mengumpulkan laporan serta meningkatkan keamanan data dan informasi Puskesmas Moramo. However, the implementation of information systems at the Moramo Health Center found problems, such as inadequate computer equipment based on data on facilities at the Moramo Health Center, only one computer is available for officers and based on infrastructure data there is no special room for information systems and officers do not have education in the field of information systems based on the Moramo Health Center Profile in 2022 from 69 civil servant and non-civil servant health workers there are no health workers who have an educational background in the field of information systems. Objectives: Knowing how the implementation of information systems at the Moramo Public Health Center of South Konawe Regency in 2022. Methods: The type of research is descriptive qualitative research with indepth interviews. Results: The results showed that the strengths are using an online / electronic system, archiving documents, complete reports and regularly reporting to the South Konawe District Health Office. Weaknesses are inadequate computer equipment, no special room for information system officers, officers do not have an educational background in the field of information systems and delays in the person in charge of the program in making reports. Opportunities are getting internet access assistance in the form of a WiFi network from Kominfo and every month getting a data reporting format from the Health Office. Threats are getting a reprimand from the South Konawe Regency Health Office if it is late in reporting health center data, information system security is not sufficient to maintain the security of health center data and information and there is no special training for information system officers. Conclusion: Implementation of information systems at Moramo Health Center has not been implemented properly. So, it is hoped that the Moramo Health Center can strive to provide computer equipment and rooms for officers, attend information system training, program managers are on time in submitting reports and improve the security of Moramo Health Center data and information.
