Implicações e entraves da efetivação do direito à educação infantil no Brasil

With the struggle of organized social movements in favor of the right to a quality child education in Brazil, we have advanced with regard to the current legislation, however, we have noticed the existence of many obstacles in the materialization of this right. Some of these barriers were examined, such as the enrollment criteria adopted by municipalities in relation to demand greater than the number of places available. It was found that the implementation of the National Education System, including the implementation of the Initial Quality Student Cost and the Cost Student Quality, could contribute to the achievement of a quality standard for the education of children throughout the country.
