In this letter, the combination of SSPPs and Y-junction in inner conductor is in consideration. SSPPs transmission mode and TEM mode is dominant in different band. That makes the broadband characteristic of the circulator. The structure is optimized in HFSS for better performance. From 4.5 GHz to 13.5 GHz, a strong circulation effect is observed and this proves that the nonreciprocal transmission characteristics are achieved skillfully. The circulator shows good nonreciprocal transmission characteristics.
