摘要

*基于全聚焦超声检测原理,借助于Abaqus仿真软件,以带有补强焊缝的Q235钢板为试验对象。分别建立了30°、45°、60°、90°和水平角度下裂纹焊缝缺陷的相控阵全聚焦有限元模型。通过在仿真软件中获取不同缺陷的应力云图、缺陷回波信号图、回波频谱图和缺陷回波灵敏度频率图,分析了全聚焦超声检测下裂纹焊缝缺陷的信号特征。并总结了裂纹焊缝缺陷信号的特征,为裂纹缺陷的检测和识别提供了一定的理论依据。
