The phased array full-focus finite element models of crack weld defects at 30°, 45°, 60, 90° and horizontal angles are established respectively. The signal characteristics of cracked weld defects under full-focus ultrasonic testing are analyzed by obtaining stress cloud diagrams, defect echo signal diagrams, echo spectrogram diagrams, and defect echo sensitivity frequency diagrams of different defects in the simulation software.
