高校智库是高校科学研究、社会服务和人才培养的重要载体。目前,地方新建本科院校的智库建设日益加强,但其相关功能尚未得到充分开发和发挥。本文以山东女子学院品牌战略与发展智库为例,对其建设与发展的现状、存在的问题及原因进行调查分析,并提出相应的对策,旨在为该智库的持续健康发展与成长提供指导。同时,可以为同类新建本科院校的智库建设与发展提供借鉴。
