Research data processing using the SmartPLS statistical tool. The results of the study have not found empirical evidence of the positive influence of knowledge sharing activities on performance indirectly through human capital in MSMEs in Jayapura. However, the results of this study provide empirical evidence of the effect of knowledge sharing activities on increasing human capital. 摘要

本研究旨在通过人力资本作为智力资本的发展,获得中小微企业知识共享实践对中小微企业绩效提升作用的实证证据。本研究是一项定量研究,采用问卷调查的形式对查亚普拉中小企业发放的原始数据。研究样本为查亚普拉市47家中小企业的所有者和管理层。研究数据处理使用SmartPLS统计工具。研究结果未发现知识共享活动通过人力资本间接对查亚普拉中小微企业绩效产生积极影响的实证证据。然而,本研究的结果为知识共享活动对人力资本增长的影响提供了实证证据。这些研究结果表明,中小微企业的智力资本特别是人力资本可以通过知识共享的实践得到加强。
