Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. 摘要

本研究旨在:(1)确定南苏拉威西州戈瓦县公立和私立医院的教育质量;(2)了解伊斯兰学校校长在支持提高伊斯兰教育质量方面的作用;(3)了解伊斯兰学校校长领导类型在支持提高伊斯兰教育质量方面的应用;(4)了解伊斯兰学校领导在支持提高伊斯兰教育质量方面的实施情况。本研究采用现象学、管理学和多案例研究三种方法。本研究的数据来源类型分为一手数据和二手数据。数据收集技术包括观察、访谈和记录。通过数据简化、数据表示和数据验证的数据分析技术。本研究结果显示:(a)公立及私立医学院的教育质素均达到8项国家教育标准;(b)伊斯兰学校校长在支持改善公立和私立伊斯兰学校的伊斯兰教育质量方面的作用;(c)公立和私立伊斯兰学校校长的领导风格采用民主的领导风格;(d)伊斯兰学校校长提高两所伊斯兰学校伊斯兰教育质量的战略实施了若干战略,即人力资源开发计划、课程、教师专业精神、学生、设施和基础设施、公共关系和基金管理(财务)。
