Tanker aircraft becomes the important support power in the modern warfare and changes the traditional combat concept. Effectiveness analysis plays a significant part in aircraft design and operation application. Effectiveness of tanker aircraft in the aerial refueling stage is analyzed based on its RMS. Effectiveness analysis model is established and a concrete example shows that the model is valuable.
