The results of the questionnaire obtained from a group of 30 children with voice disorders and 10 children from the control group are presented. Statistical analysis showed significant differences between the results obtained in both groups. All children from the control group obtained a total of 0 points in part III of the questionnaire assessing physical condition. The article presents the process of adapting the Pediatric Voice Handicap Index (pVHI) to the needs of the Polish language.
