摘要
本文在频域上研究了多次注入谐振子的锁紧范围。得到了多次注入和单次注入谐波振子锁紧范围的内在关系。我们表明,如果注入信号的相位选择得当,多次注入的谐波振荡器比单次注入的谐波振荡器具有更大的锁定范围。研究结果通过采用IBM 130 nm 1.2 V CMOS技术设计的单注入和双注入LC振荡器进行验证。
