In which separation of the sensor nodes based on their location given by the node electronics using GPS, into certain regions are classified. Sink node (base station) is established away from the sensing region and a gateway node at the middle of sensing region. If the distance of sensor nodes from sink node and gateway node is comparatively less than the predefined distance threshold then node uses direct communication for data transmission, separate the rest of nodes into the equal regions whose distance is more than the threshold distance. Cluster heads are selected in each region independently from other regions based on the probability, residual energy of nodes.
