This design resulted in noise figure of 1.43 dB and power gain of 21.654 dB. 摘要

本文研究了以10.40 GHz为中心频率,工作在10.00 ~ 10.5 GHz频段的3cm波段的不同低噪声放大器的设计。该放大器采用GaAs HEMT A-TF 36077设计,在反馈网络中加入不同的无源元件,是提高潜在不稳定器件稳定性和使其无条件稳定的技术之一。结果表明,采用电阻和电感串联反馈网络的LNA设计具有更强的抗扰性。该设计的噪声系数为1.43 dB,功率增益为21.654 dB。本文对LNA设计进行了比较分析。
