The method used is purposive sampling resulting in a sample of 29 companies. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) tool. The results show that the influence of intellectual capital on firm value is not directly but fully mediated by financial performance. 摘要

价格账面价值是公司价值的一个指标，通常被投资者用作投资的评估标准。本研究旨在以印尼证券交易所(IDX) LQ 45上市公司的智力资本增加值(VAIC)和财务绩效指标为干预变量，规模、年龄和杠杆为控制变量，获得智力资本对企业价值影响的研究结果。使用的方法是有目的的抽样，导致29家公司的样本。使用偏最小二乘(PLS)工具进行数据分析。结果表明，智力资本对企业价值的影响不直接受财务绩效的中介作用，而是完全受财务绩效的中介作用。通过对智力资本的适当管理而产生的财务业绩是投资者在评估公司时主要关注的问题。关键词:智力资本，企业价值，财务绩效
