involved in CPV are, as well as the differences between the three groups of adolescents: adolescents who haven't committed any crime, adolescents who have committed crimes related to domestic abuse and adolescents who have committed common crimes. The study sample included 167 adolescents aged between 12 and 20 years (64.7% were men) ( M = 15.71; SD = 1.771). Young offenders were serving their legal action either in open prison (supervised release, community service or educational group living) or in detention, whether semi-open or open regime, because of domestic abuse. The results of this study allow to inquire about those sociodemographic factors linked to the increasing violence. On the basis of the results obtained, with regards to these variables associated with the family structure of the adolescents with legal actions concerning domestic abuse, it will be possible the implementation of new intervention programmes with the affected families and the young offenders.
