摘要

提出了曲面轮廓测量装置闭环控制系统的设计算法。利用控制输入构造闭环系统,以目标参数辨识为目标,再由滑模观测器辨识目标参数。因此,所设计的非线性系统相对于配准值具有较高的选择性。计算机仿真结果表明,该系统具有足够快的响应速度,对加性和参数性扰动具有较好的不变性

Sliding mode identification for surface profile estimation
