摘要

速率控制是无线多媒体传感器网络的关键技术之一。本文提出了一种提高速率控制性能的算法。根据最后一帧的实际比特数与期望比特数的差值以及编码帧的实际比特率与目标比特率的差值,调整量化参数(QP)。仿真结果表明,在不损失峰值信噪比(PSNR)的情况下,该算法输出的实际比特率比现有的比特率控制算法更接近目标比特率。
