摘要

京东自营物流是目前中国自营物流的代表。在各种物流模式不断冲击的现状下，个体物流已经暴露出自身发展的弊端。本文以京东为例，对目前存在的问题进行研究，从而为自营物流的建设提出发展建议。本文基于PEST、SWOT和波特五力模型，分析了京东自营物流的发展战略，并提出了未来发展的优化措施。
