Silage machinery enterprises also continue to strengthen the research on reducing the design cost and shortening the design cycle. As a rapid design method, the modular design of silage machinery has become the trend, so how to improve the adaptability between modules has become a major problem to be solved by designers. Based on the TRIZ theory, through the establishment of a functional flow model of the silage machinery, the equipment is divided into modules and symbiotic optimization, and the contradiction matrix is combined to guide the selection and evolution of the silage machinery module. The functional flow, material flow and information flow of silage machinery are smoothly circulated, and each function is well coordinated.
