摘要

传统抽油机存在着可控性差、效率低等缺点,研究了新型电动机来取代传统抽油机。介绍了一种由直线电机直接驱动的电磁抽油机。提出了九相直流直线电机的工作原理,设计了总体结构。最后制作了小型样机,并设计了基于数字信号处理(DSP)的PI调节器控制器。仿真和实验结果验证了设计和控制方法的正确性。
