The impact of Hoshin Kanri and Thinking Process to reach a world class performance Case study for Aerospace industry

This Lean management include the interaction of people and tools in order to create a culture of continuous improvement. Despite the multiple theoretical contribution to clarify the different aspects of lean, researchers have observed a dissimilar between studied lean and practiced one. This article puts forward a case study to contribute in the understanding of lean in practice. The results of the case study are produced from the analysis of multiple qualitative and quantitative data collected through three years. Also, research opportunities are presented in the conclusion as a chance to create a debate and future research fields.
