The author aims to determine the extent to which the optimization of the development of children who are left wandering by their parents who then must be accompanied by other parties such as grandfathers, grandmothers, relatives and or other parties who are deliberately employed by the parents of the child to take care of them. One alternative solution to increase the ability to avoid deviant behavior as well as psychosocial problems in children is to use self-management technique group counseling services. This activity is able to bring comfort to the child in solving a problem he is facing with self-understanding. Where with group counseling the self-management technique of boro children can overcome personal problems and can increase observations in controlling their environment, reduce dependence on others and increase the learning process in dealing with the environment whether in problematic situations or not.
