The test results show that the developed testing method can accurately measure the temperature, pressure and flow parameters at key positions. The independent repeated measurements on the testing machine are carried out. 摘要

本文对新能源汽车热管理系统试验台的检测方法进行了深入研究,分别针对制冷充注工况、系统制冷工况、系统加热工况、系统除湿工况和系统除霜工况,设置了各自的参数条件,并制定了相应的检测方案。试验结果表明,所开发的测试方法能够准确测量关键位置的温度、压力和流量参数。在试验机上进行了独立的重复测量。结果表明,制冷量的实验标准差为12.72W。
