An online decision-making method for the overload preventive control of transmission equipment based on the control objects relaxation is proposed. According to the overload safety margin to determine the key equipment which participating in the control and the active power sensitivity under the corresponding expected fault, and convert the allowable current carrying capacity of the line and transformer into the active power limit, establish a linear programming model for online decision-making of overload preventive control. According to the active power precision of preventive control, the active power limit of key equipment is relaxed into multiple gears, different calculation schemes are formed through enumeration-combination, and the online control strategy is determined according to the control cost and checking result of each calculation scheme. Reduce the dimension of the search space of preventive control measures by cluster analysis, and use the parallel computing method to solve the preventive control strategy and static safety checking in two stages, which improves the solution efficiency. Under DC voltage, surface area charge accumulation will cause electric field distortion even surface flashover. The effects of different mass fractions of silicon carbide (SiC) on DC conductance and surface charge of epoxy resin were studied. The results show that the conductivity of epoxy resin composites is nonlinear at high field when the content of SIC exceeds 10%. In view of the characteristics of hidden discharge current of overhead transmission line, such as high bandwidth, wide range and difficult to measure, this article takes advantage of the characteristics of external integration of Rogowski coil suitable for integrating low-frequency signals and self-integration of Rogowski suitable for integrating high-frequency signals. Combining the advantages of both, a composite integral Rogowski coil current sensor is designed. Firstly, the superiority of the composite integral Rogowski coil current sensor is verified by building a simulation model of the Rogowski coil operation. Then, the bandwidth and accuracy of the developed sensor are measured through experiments. Reactive power optimization can effectively improve power quality and system operation's safety, reliability and economy. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the new energy cluster where the isolated grid is connected to the flexible DC grid, a multi-objective imaginary power optimization model is builded that comprehensively includes system power cost and the new energy's reactive power margin cluster. Among them, to maximize the reactive power margin of the new energy cluster can effectively perfect the velocity of network restraint, and realize the pre-regulate of the fixity of transient voltage for the distributed energy cluster. Then, changing multi-objective into a single- objective optimization model by weighting method, and the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve it. In this paper, we propose a refined measurement model for customer-side carbon emissions based on the carbon emission stream theory. Firstly, the tidal flow distribution in the distribution network is calculated by using the forward-back substitution method with distributed power sources. Secondly, the carbon potential vector, carbon potential factor, and correlation matrix of carbon flow at the distribution network side are calculated. According to the obtained calculation results, a fine-grained carbon emission calculation model for distribution network side including PV and energy storage is proposed to be constructed on the bases of carbon emission flow theory. This model can delineate the correlation between the carbon emissions of the generating units and the carbon flows of each load on the user side. Finally, the IEEE33 node and a 10 kV feeder model of a station area in Anhui Province are chosen as simulation objects. The adaptability and calculation speed of the distribution-side carbon flow calculation model is analyzed. In this paper, based on the study of the principles of air acoustic local discharge and phased array acoustic local discharge, an integrated high voltage cable partial discharge acoustic device based on air acoustic local discharge and phased array acoustic local discharge detection is developed. Through laboratory tests and field together with the application results of grounded transformer cable terminals, it is concluded that for the type of discharge along the surface of the cable terminal, the integrated partial discharge detection of air acoustic local discharge and phased array acoustic local discharge has higher sensitivity than the single phased array acoustic local discharge detection and infrared partial discharge detection. In this paper, the Markov/CCMT method is selected to model the failure of the system, obtain the qualitative analysis results of the pressure regulator pressure control system, establish the dynamic reliability model of the system by using the dynamic fault tree method, and analyze the dynamic part of the fault tree by using Markov method. By optimizing the input and processor modules of the system, the effect of the three-take center logic and the addition of hot standby on the reliability of the whole system after adding the standby channel is analyzed around the reliability evaluation. To address this issue, a novel prediction method is proposed based on gradient penalized Wasserstein generating adversarial network (WGAN-GP) and an improved support vector regression (SVR) model. The proposed model can: 1) learn the distribution pattern of the real data and generate high-quality training data; 2) optimize parameters of SVR model through the crisscross optimization algorithm (CSO), and 3) improve the prediction accuracy. Owing to the unique gradient penalty, the WGAN-GP network is firstly used to generate high-quality training samples and achieve data augmentation. Then CSO is applied to optimize the model parameters of SVR and thus an improved prediction model is constructed. Finally, the generated data and optimized parameters are applied in the proposed method to predict the insulator leakage current. In the past, secondary equipment was generally not arranged around the reactor. Nowadays, the high requirement of compact development for space utilization makes it necessary to arrange secondary equipment around the reactor. Since the reactor is a strong magnetic field source in the flexible DC converter station, especially in short circuit, the secondary equipment arranged around it is easy to be disturbed by the strong magnetic field. Thus, the magnetic field distribution of the reactor needs to be studied. The existing studies about the magnetic field distribution are mostly based on highly simplified model. The existing studies about the shielding efficiency of the shielding box are mainly carried out in the high frequency band, and based on simple geometric models. In this paper, Theoretical derivation and simulation calculation of the magnetic field distribution of the unsimplified model are completed. Furthermore, the effects of the orientation of the shielding box with complex structure on the shielding effect are studied. In particular, the frequency of the short circuit current of the reactor measured in the field is analyzed and the self-inductance and mutual inductance parameters are calculated according to the unsimplified reactor structure. The magnetic field distribution around the bipolar reactor is calculated by using Biot Savart's law under the condition of quasi-static state. In addition, the calculation model of the bipolar reactor's magnetic field and the shielding efficiency of the shielding box are established in the electromagnetic field simulation software comsol. The results show that the main frequency range of the short-circuit current is DC- 180kHz, the theoretical calculation of the magnetic field distributionof the reactor is in good agreement with the finite element simulation results, the relative error is within 5%, and the best orientation of the shielded box is that the door is perpendicular to the magnetic field.
