摘要

本文提出了一种基于解析公式和迭代法的技术,利用单二极管模型,从实验的I-V曲线估计出5个光伏发电机的参数。该方法利用I-V特性的三个显著点解析计算串联电阻。采用线性最小二乘法求解三方程线性方程组,计算了并联电阻、饱和电流和光电流。通过优化NRMSE值的迭代过程提取理想因子。利用RTC商用太阳能电池和KC200GT光伏组件两种光伏发电机组的实验装置对该方法进行了验证。研究结果与先前在文献中发表的结果最吻合。
