The proposed system captured the real-time video via 17 IP (Internet Protocol) cameras and used self-developed software to perform the judgment computing of different campus abnormal conditions. The judged abnormal situation was recorded, and alerts were automatically sent to pre-specified mobile devices to notify the campus security personnel.
