The complex-value-based mathematical model of the total system is developed and verified. The sensitive parameter-acoustic terminal impedance is estimated using the system identification method. The ANC design is formalized into a set of standard control design problems with respect to specific requirements. Some simple PID controllers are developed for the considered ANC system.
