The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, namely quota sampling. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who had visited the SOLARIA Mall Lippo Cikarang restaurant, and these respondents distributed online questionnaires via google form. This research is based on multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS statistical procedures, to test the validity and reliability of research tools in the form of partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test), classical assumption test and hypothesis test. hypothesis test (F test), the results obtained are product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant effect of price on consumer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. There is a simultaneous influence of product quality, price, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Resto SOLARIA Mall Lippo Cikarang. 摘要
本研究旨在部分检验产品质量对消费者满意度的影响,部分检验价格对消费者满意度的影响,部分检验服务质量对顾客满意度的影响,同时在SOLARIA Resto Mall Lippo Cikarang进行。采用的抽样方法为非概率抽样,即配额抽样。本研究的样本为100名曾到访SOLARIA Mall力宝芝卡朗餐厅的受访者,这些受访者以谷歌表格发放在线问卷。本研究以多元线性回归分析为基础,借助SPSS统计程序,采用偏检验(t检验)和同时检验(F检验)、经典假设检验和假设检验的形式,对研究工具的效度和信度进行检验。假设检验(F检验),得到的结果是产品质量对消费者满意度有正向显著的影响。价格对消费者满意度有显著的正向影响。服务质量对顾客满意有显著的正向影响。力宝芝卡朗Resto SOLARIA Mall的产品质量、价格和服务质量对消费者满意度的影响是同步的。这表明本研究中的所有假设都是被接受的。
