The issues of personnel involvement in the economy and labor productivity, profit and profitability of enterprises from the point of view of their classification by dimension class: large, medium, small and micro-enterprises are considered. Attempts was made for identify the regularity between the economic growth of the country and the size of the enterprise carrying out financial and economic activities.
