With the background of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation\", application-oriented undergraduate colleges have broken the traditional talent cultivation and coaching model and thus further explored the talent cultivation and coaching model of \"major and innovation integration\". 摘要

创新是发展的第一动力,也是建设和建立现代经济体系的战略支撑。在“双创”的大背景下,应用型本科院校打破了传统的人才培养与辅导模式,进一步探索了“专业与创新融合”的人才培养与辅导模式。针对当前应用型本科院校“专业与创新融合”的培养和指导目标与产业创新联系不紧密,缺乏专业实用性课程的支撑,考核体系和管理机制不完善等问题。本研究以“学”好比强身健骨,从“练”三个维度探索真理,从“创”三个维度推动成果,探索“专业与创新融合”的“学、练、创新”教育新体系,提出产业创新与培养、教练目标的整合,创新创业项目的整合,以及课程体系的整合。构建整合创新创业平台的人才培养辅导模式,以及实验培养辅导课程,整合技能竞赛评价标准和教学质量评价标准[1]。
