摘要

本文利用电力世界仿真器,在满足系统的上、下功率和无功限制、上、下电压水平限制、线流限制等约束条件下,提出了一种寻找最优潮流(OPF)的有效方法,以最小的成本确定发电机组的调度计划。发电成本的最小化将导致消费者支付的电力成本降低。电力世界模拟器采用线性规划法求解最优解。无功功率通过在母线上安装并联电容器来控制。该方法已在IEEE- 30总线测试系统上进行了测试和验证。
