The aim of the present study was to investigate the phytochemical analysis of leaves of Vinca roseus growing in Egypt. Qualitative Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of Alkaloids, phenolics, Cardiac glycosides, Anthraquinone glycosides, Tannin, Flavonoids, Oils, Resins, Saponins and Protein. Gallic acid, Gums/Mucilages and Terpenoids were not noticeable. 摘要

植物医学不仅是近几十年来,而且从一开始就利用植物的部分或整个植物来与各种疾病作斗争,因为它成本低,而且没有副作用。这些植物之一,属于夹竹桃科是长春花广泛分布在热带和亚热带地区。本研究的目的是研究生长在埃及的玫瑰长春花叶片的植物化学分析。定性的植物化学筛选显示其含有生物碱、酚类、心苷、蒽醌苷、单宁、黄酮类、油脂、树脂、皂苷和蛋白质。没食子酸、胶质/黏液和萜类不明显。结果表明,长春花叶提取物可作为一种潜在的药物制剂,特别是抗癌制剂。
