The humanitarian faculties at the University of Salahaddin-Erbil were selected as field fields. \nThe research was based on an analytical approach, and a set of hypotheses was identified as \"guessing\" answers to the problem of the research, which were tested using multiple statistical tools. The questionnaire was distributed to 112 teachers in 6 humanitarian colleges at Salahuddin University. \nThe research concluded that there is a good level of both work ethic and knowledge management in the faculties that are being investigated. This confirms the keenness of these colleges to practice the work ethic of the university teaching job and to create the appropriate climate for knowledge management. 摘要
