It shows in detail the scope of application of this legal act which children are covered by its protection and what types of benefits are provided to them. It also indicates the entities involved in the creation of the students' health care system and discusses their responsibilities. Particular emphasis is placed on the rules of giving consent to health care at school, depending on its types.
