O PROCESSO DE ESTRANGEIRIZAÇÃO DE TERRAS NO BRASIL: UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE OS ASPECTOS JURÍDICOS E LEGISLATIVOS

RESUMO O problema da concentração de terras no Brasil remonta desde o período colonial e que perdura na contemporaneidade com novos desdobramentos em função da crise financeira (2008) e dos alimentos (2010) que impulsionaram uma onda em busca de terras agricultáveis para atender o mercado mundial. Os impactos desse processo rebatem de forma incisiva no acesso à terra para a população camponesa e da soberania nacional (domínio sobre o território). O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar o processo de estrangeirização das terras e os seus rebatimentos nas lutas camponesas. Para atingi-lo optou-se pela revisão bibliográfica no sentido de trazer o debate acumulado sobre a questão e seus desdobramentos em face de intensificação do capital financeiro e especulativo no mercado de terras no Brasil. Lutas camponesas.   ABSTRACT The problem with land concentration in Brazil dates back to the colonial period and persists in contemporary times with new developments due to the financial and food crisis (2008 and 2010, respectively) that drove a wave in search of arable land to serve the world market. The impacts of this process incisively deny access to land for the peasant population and national sovereignty (dominance over the territory). The objective of this work is to analyze the process of land foreignization and its repercussions in peasant struggles. To achieve this, a bibliographical review was carried out in the sense of bringing the accumulated debate on the issue and its consequences in the face of intensification of financial and speculative capital in the land market in Brazil.
