Observation and interview are the two main methods used in this study. The resultsshow that the spiritual cultural life of the Kinh ethnic group in Vinh Long Province from 1986 up to now has undergone many changes. The main changes are identified in the following aspects: beliefs, religions, traditional festivals and customs of marriage, funerals.
