Data collection techniques used are listen, record, and record. The instrument used in this study was the human instrument. The results of the study can be detailed as follows. First, the questioning strategy used by the teacher includes: 1) the use of the redirection question strategy by the teacher during the learning process, marked by questions that make students active as a whole, 2) the use of prompting question strategies by the teacher during the learning process, marked by giving questions that lead students to answer correctly, and 3) the use of probing question strategies by the teacher during the learning process, marked by questions that dig deeper information. Second, the cognitive realm of teacher questions on the use of questioning strategies in the Indonesian learning process includes the following aspects: memory, understanding, application, analysis, evaluating, and creating.
