摘要

如何监测动态和可变的质量变化,诊断异常变化,及时调整过程质量,是现代制造企业过程质量控制面临的难题。提出了一个过程质量控制智能决策支持系统,基于资源和信息共享的多结构决策支持系统设计思想,构建了相应的决策支持模块(如数据采集、数据管理、过程分析、动态诊断、实时调整、专家系统等);并对各个模块的功能进行了设计和描述,提出了决策的解决方案。因此,本文的工作为过程质量控制智能决策支持系统的开发提供了理论依据和技术保障。
