摘要本研究旨在分析Panin银行泗水市肯杰兰分行提现、促销及交叉销售对信任与储蓄决策的影响。本研究采用的研究方法为定量方法。本研究的样本是多达100人的国民储蓄总客户微(TAMI) Panin银行肯杰兰支行,采用了随机抽样技术,并采用问卷调查法收集数据。在本研究中,研究人员使用PLS数据分析技术,使用SmartPLS 3软件进行偏最小二乘法分析。本研究的结果发现,现金提取,促销和交叉销售对肯杰兰Panin银行分行的信任和储蓄决策有积极的影响,而可变的促销需要Panin银行特别关注,因为直接或间接地影响信任和储蓄决策
