So, this paper proposes an algorithm that helps to optimize the placement position of the neutral based BDs, the algorithm is tested using MATLAB on a distribution system with 11 grounding points. 摘要

Optimal Placement of Neutral Based GIC Blocking Devices In Distribution Systems
