摘要

本研究旨在描述弹跳板练习在提高学生积极性方面的实施;描述弹跳板练习在提高排球低传基本技术方面的实施;描述在体育与健康教育学科中运用弹板练习提高传球基本技术的效果。这种类型的研究是课堂行动研究(CAR)和准实验。研究对象为SD Negeri 9 Pagar Alam的六年级学生,本研究采用数据收集技术,采用观察表测量学生的学习过程和创造性思维能力,采用测试测量学习成果。数据分析采用平均分分析、正态性检验、齐性检验和t检验,第一周期学生活跃度均值为2.41分,过优技能均值为66.67分,经典完备性为50%;第二周期学生活跃度均值为2.95分,过优技能均值为73.92分,经典完备性为70分,经典完备性为83%;在第三个周期,学生的平均活跃度为3.40,下传技能的平均水平为83.71,经典完整性为95.83%。本研究得出以下结论:(1)实施束板练习可以增加学生的活动;(2)弹跳板练习的实施可以提高排球下传球的基本技术;(3)弹跳板练习的实施对提高排球比赛中传球技术的基本技术是有效的
